On April 29,2025, the launch conference of Huazhuang Science and Technology Informatization Upgrading Project was held at the company 's headquarters. The meeting in the company 's senior leaders and Ding Jie software leadership and more than 100 core members to witness this milestone moment ; formally sounded the industry financial integration, intelligent management of the horn.

This project adopts the ' double PM system ', which is jointly carried out by Dai Juyun, project manager of Huazhuang Science and Technology Project Management Committee, and Xie Chaosheng, manager of Dingjie Project Management Committee. It covers 8 companies in Huazhuang Science and Technology Group, and has a 10 + special tackling group covering core modules such as production, supply chain and finance.

This meeting clarified that the organization and collaboration of the team is very important in the Huazhuang T100 digital transformation and upgrading project. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, Huazhuang Technology and Dingjie Software will ensure that each link can be completed efficiently and accurately through close teamwork.

It is mentioned in the meeting that in the Huazhuang T100 digital transformation and upgrading project, first of all, the system construction task ERP system deployment, complete the full link integration of ERP and supply chain, manufacturing, and financial modules, build a group-level data center, and realize multi-factory collaborative management ; secondly, through the development of intelligent tools to build AI monthly settlement assistant, automatically generate balance sheet / income statement / cash flow statement, deploy supply chain intelligent early warning cockpit, and monitor abnormal indicators in real time ; finally, the system is migrated and tested. In December 2025, the core system cloud migration was completed to carry out three rounds of full-process sand table exercises to simulate 200 + business exception scenarios.
