Huazhuang is mainly engaged in the manufacturing services of intelligent controllers and intelligent terminal products, providing manufacturing services such as R&D of product process technology, SMT mounting, DIP insertion, product testing, terminal product assembly and other manufacturing services. The company mainly provides manufacturing services for four major fields: automotive electronics, new energy and energy storage, consumer electronics, and intelligent electrical appliances, covering a wide range of application scenarios, such as automotive power control modules, in-vehicle voice control function modules, in-vehicle wireless communication function modules, in-vehicle hardware function modules, battery management systems (BMS), TWS headphones, intelligent speakers, floor sweeping robots, intelligent printers, and so on.

With leading process technology strength, Huazhuang has formed many core technologies around the manufacturing of intelligent controllers in terms of process development, precision manufacturing and product testing. These enable us not only to perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and optimization for PCB design and component selection, but also to conduct process innovation, hardware innovation, test solution development, and hardware/software innovation of testing for intelligent manufacturing based on customer’s product solutions. At the same time, we continue to innovate production management systems of intelligent controllers in order to improve the level of production management.

Huazhuang has obtained many certificates and honors, like the National High-tech Enterprises, Guangdong High-growth Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Guangdong Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology for Precision Electronics. With a complete production management system and quality management system, we have achieved the following international standards, such as the IATF16949 quality management system certification of the auto industry, ISO13485 international quality management system certification of medical devices, ISO9001 international quality management system certification, ISO/IEC27001 information security management system certification, ISO14001 environment management system certification and IECQ QC 080000 hazardous substance process management system certification.
